Erik Nargizian, CDT, MDC, is a highly accomplished Master Dental Ceramist with more than 20 years of experience in advanced dental technology, implant prosthetics, and complex full-arch rehabilitation. With specialized training and dual certifications from UCLA in Master Dental Ceramics and Maxillofacial Implantology, Erik has dedicated his career to combining technical precision, advanced digital dentistry, and exceptional esthetics to create predictable restorative outcomes for clinicians and their patients.
As the founder and leader of Megatec Dental Laboratory in Encino, California, Erik has built a laboratory focused specifically on one of the most technically demanding areas of restorative dentistry: All-on-X and full-arch implant restorations.
His philosophy is simple: exceptional surgical care deserves an equally exceptional restorative partner.
Under Erik’s leadership, Megatec has developed a highly specialized, fully digital, in-house workflow designed to provide clinicians with greater precision, efficiency, and predictability throughout the full-arch restorative process. From prosthetically driven treatment planning and advanced surgical guide design to conversions and definitive zirconia restorations, Erik and his team maintain meticulous control over every stage of production.
Erik has spent decades refining the relationship between function, esthetics, biomechanics, and long-term restorative success. His extensive experience allows him to understand full-arch cases not simply from the perspective of a dental technician, but as a collaborative restorative partner to the surgeon and restorative clinician.
As implant dentistry has evolved, Erik has remained at the forefront of digital workflows, materials, and restorative techniques. His approach incorporates advanced zirconia solutions designed to improve strength, cleansability, esthetics, and fracture resistance while helping clinicians reduce chair time and create a more streamlined patient experience.
